We are a small business where all staff members do a little bit of everything, therefore duties are extremely varied and fitting in with our team is a must! Main jobs include, designing custom framing, selling and informing customers about art supplies, assembling custom framing, and various computer related tasks including utilizing social media. Ability to work Saturdays, Wednesdays & Mondays is necessary. We are hiring for full-time, 40 hours a week. Applicant must be able to work 9:30am-6pm. We need someone who is energetic, detail oriented, hardworking, enthusiastic, and loves small businesses! Starting wage $15 per hour depending on experience.
Well-versed in many different art supplies
Excellent customer service skills
Good at reading a ruler and adding and subtracting fractions
An understanding of how to use Facebook, Instagram, and other social media
Computer savvy (Word and Excel) (Familiarity with Adobe CC & Apple is a plus.)
Creative
Self-starter
Dependable
Detail Oriented
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
Easily able to get up and down flights of stairs
A good eye for color and color matching and a design sense
Does well at working with their hands
Comfortable working with power tools, sharp tools, and pneumatic tools
Framing experience is a plus, but not necessary
