Try this Instructor Led Technique that starts with a monochromatic foundation - Grisaille technique
In this 3-part, 2 hour per session class, instructor will lead you through steps to develop a landscape painting on canvas panel using a specific technique.
{Not an academic class - Participants will buy some supplies (approx. $35-40. This amount will get Red, Yellow, Blue, White, and Black Amsterdam Acrylic tubes; a pack of brushes; and Liquitex gloss medium.) A canvas panel, mixing pallets, some paint, brushes, and mediums will be supplied.
David will offer demonstration, suggestions, and assistance throughout the process.
You will leave with a basic landscape painting using acrylic paint with various painting mediums for a full color palette on a canvas panel.

Bio: Bottini studied at RISD, The Maryland Inst., and holds an MFA from The Savannah College of Art & Design. His teaching includes art history, a variety of art studio, color theory, and architectural design courses during his 38-year college and high school teaching career.
