Student Example
In this 3-part, 2 hour per session class, we will look at how paint is used, basic color theory {how do you mix color?}, and how to develop a painting on canvas.
{Not an academic class - Participants will require no previous experience, supplies will be provided to use during class meetings.}
David will offer demonstration, suggestions, and assistance throughout the process.
You will leave with a basic composition painted using acrylic paint with various painting mediums used, a color palette of your choosing, on a canvas panel.

Bio: Bottini studied at RISD, The Maryland Inst., and holds an MFA from The Savannah College of Art & Design. His teaching includes art history, a variety of art studio, color theory, and architectural design courses during his 38-year college and high school teaching career.
